At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
